Here is a wonderful reference for what servings you should be getting on a healthy vegan diet. I love this pyramid from VeganFoodPyramid.com because the highest servings are fruits and vegetables NOT grains. I also like that enriched soy products only make up 1-2 servings. Eating a diet rich in whole foods is much more beneficial to your health, than stocking your vegan fridge with vegan alternatives.
